A Year in Review

The Blog Dare on Bloggy Moms

Instead of just given you a bullet point list, I thought I would end the year the way we live the rest of the year - with a little silliness.

2012 has been quite an eventful year
to let you in on our happenings,
I'll write a few of them here:

Team Moppins went to Branson on a little trip
Engineer took up running
Truffles' joints gave her the gyp.

Pary taught music at the Boys & Girls Club
Diva attended her first summer camps
We got a new oven to cook up some grub.

Engineer went on business trips that had us separate
He transferred to the Louisiana office
And he's now licensed to practice in that state.

Diva's still busy with piano, voice, and guitar
She helped teach swimming in the summer
In cross country she ran far.

Diva's in her little school's Honor Choir
And playing trombone in their band
With her braces off, her mouth's no longer full of wire.

Pary & Diva have had fun knitting this year
And Pary cut her hair all off
Little time for hunting means the freezer has no deer.

The Little Pink House welcomed a new member
Our schnauzer, Greta von Schnitzel
And that's all our news so enjoy what's left of December!
