Menu Plan - Pantry Challenge Week 34
Diva was at summer camp all last week so I busied myself by filling the freezer with breakfast, snack, and Cookie Ministry items before school starts.
The inside freezer is filled to the gills with:
- Pie Crusts
- Papusa Dough
- Pumpkin Muffins (sans chocolate chips)
- Amish Friendship Bread (Mexican Chocolate, Lemon, and Coconut)
- Mrs. Wilma's Oat Muffins
- Protein Bars
- Protein Shakes
- Breakfast Cake
- Breakfast Cookies
- Mix & Match Muffins (Apricot Almond Muffins & Cranberry Muffins)
- Fruit Tea Bread
- Spiced Prune & Carrot Muffins
- Brownie Cups
I also made Granola, Dehydrated Lemons & Limes, Pepper Sauce, and Yogurt not for the freezer but on hand nonetheless.
School starts this week so we have to have Diva's favorite supper (at least that's what I'm told.) :) Other than that, it doesn't look like I have to do that much cooking. This is the summer's last hoo-rah for us. I will be thankful for the comfort of a routine.
Sunday - Pork Tenderloin, Sweet Potato Casserole, & Greens
Monday - Dinner w/Friends
Tuesday - Mac 'n Cheese, Cabbage & Sausage
Wednesday - Curry in a Hurry over Rice
Thursday - Leftovers
Friday - Dinner w/Friends
Saturday - Dinner w/Friends
