My Momma gave me some roasted peanuts the other day that she had surplus to requirement.
I had just bought quite a few jars of peanuts since they have been on sale lately so I didn't need peanuts but I did need peanut butter.
Peanuts = Peanut Butter
Coconut or peanut or veg oil (up to you if you need it or not)
Honey (to taste)
Throw the peanuts into your food processor and turn it on.
If they aren't salted already, throw in a dash of salt as well.
Keep the food processor going until the peanut butter is at your desired consistency.
You may need to add a little oil just to smooth things out a bit.
If you like sweetened peanut butter, add a little honey.
Keep refrigerated as it's shelf life will not be as long as the store bought kind.
