Menu Ideas From the Brookshire's Ad

A meal plan is a great way to save money and not waste food.

I want to show you that as long as you are intentional in your shopping and cooking, you will save money on your grocery bill regardless if you use coupons or not. Generally, the cost of the whole meal will be less than or equal to the tip you would leave at a restaurant.

Tuna Noodle Casserole & Mixed Vegetables
Use:  StarKist Tuna x 1, Lay's Potato Chips, Food Club Noodles, Food Club Frozen Peas, Food Club Frozen Mixed Veggies x 2, use tuna from Hellman's Mayo Deal

Fish Pie & Mushy Peas
Use:  1lb. Tilapia, 5lb bag Potatoes, Food Club Frozen Peas x 2, 3lb. bag Onions

Chicken Pot Pie & Strawberries
Use:  Food Club Flour, Leftover Potatoes, Leftover Onions, Food Club Mixed Vegetables, Pilgrim's Family Pack Thighs x 4lb. (boil all but use half of the meat and save the stock)
