Perfectly Practical #167 - Funny Papers

I always loved the comics as a child.
Even when I couldn't see the appeal of the comic strips like Prince Valiant and Doonesbury, I read them anyway and felt sophisticated - as sophisticated as a child reading the comics could feel.  :)

I haven't read the comics in quite some time but that doesn't mean they don't get some use around here.

Here are a few ideas to use those funny papers that come in the Sunday paper.
  1. Send them to camp with your child
  2. Wrap presents
  3. Decoupage something
  4. Make crafts
  5. Make bows with them
And if all else fails, put them in the compost pile as brown waste or the recycle bin.
