Menu Plan - Pantry Challenge Week 50

Did you see the heavens open up this week to reveal choirs of angels singing?  No?  I did.  It was right about the time that the guy installed my new oven!

I spent that entire day baking and cooking and generally ignoring the outside world so that I could play with my new toy.

Yes folks, Christmas came early to The Little Pink House.

In other news, we had a week full of practices and meetings and it ended with our last Supper Club of the year.

Our hostess had chosen a Pioneer Woman theme and it was fabulous.  All of the food was amazing and the company was equally so.  We ended the evening with a white elephant gift exchange that included everything from an avocado shaped stress ball to a Dick Chaney mask.

This week really kicks it up a notch as far as Christmas programs, parties, and practices go.  Dinner needs to be easy.  Lucky for me, I have casseroles and such in the freezer and an oven in which to cook them.  :)

Sunday - Baked Potato Bar, Ratatouille, & Salad
Monday - Stuffed Peppers, Rice, & Salad
Tuesday - Fish Sticks, Roasted Potatoes, & Peas
Wednesday - Stuffed Eggplant, Greens, & Salad
Thursday - Breakfast for Supper (Baked Oatmeal, Stewed Apples, Yogurt & Fresh Fruit, and Sausage)
Friday - Date Night
Saturday  - Leftovers

This is part of Menu Plan Monday.
