Menu Plan - Pantry Challenge Week 38

I am fairly sure that we are going to go all year in this pantry challenge. >gasp< >sigh<  >smile<

This week Engineer came down with a powerful cold.  Powerful enough for him to go to the doctor.  We don't do doctors.

Then he was everso kind and shared it with me.  So today I feel incredibly poopy and yet, here I am menu planning.  What a trooper right?  ;)

Because of the extreme poopiness, I think we need to keep things super simple this week.  Luckily we have a fairly tame week with all schedules (school, extra-curricular, work, etc.) fully intact; I need crock pot-age, Dutch oven-age, something Engineer can slap together-age, or heated up leftover-age to be the name of the game.

While I'm thinking about it, I would so appreciate you vote for the Circle of Moms Top 25 Southern Bloggers.  There is less than a week left and you can vote once a day.  Click on the button and scroll down until you see Pary Moppins then click "vote."  Easy as pie and thank so much for those who have voted.  I truly appreciate you.

And here's what we will be having this week:

Sunday - Pizza & Salad
Monday - Barbecue Turkey Pita Pockets with Green Beans
Tuesday - Beans & Pico de Gallo
Wednesday - Dinner at Church
Friday - Date Night
Saturday - Leftovers
This is part of Menu Plan Monday.
