Menu Plan Monday

Engineer is so excited!  He shot his first deer.  He's like all manly n' stuff.

Now, I'm not saying I like the process - the idea of a bunch of guys with firearms running on little sleep sitting around shooting into the twilight with the aim of orphaning a fawn but...I do like meat in my freezer. 

We are still eating from the bottomless pit of our deep freeze to make room for Engineer's prize(s) so I'm thinking my crock-pot may be my best friend this week. 

Monday - Cream Peas Seasoned with Homemade Summer Sausage and Corn Bread
Tuesday - Roast, Rice, & Gravy, w/Green Beans
Wednesday - Bacon Quiche, Home Fries, and Sauteed Apples
Thursday - Sagey Pumpkin Alfredo
Friday - Date Night
