Menu Plan

Last week's menu plan worked a treat.  Nothing like being off-schedule for awhile to make you appreciate getting back on-schedule.

Our upheaval turmoil unrest complete flux uneasiness sleeplessness focus since January has been on moving.  Engineer's job is requiring more of him and what's best for his career is best for our family.  Life has not been all that easy since January when we saw the writing on the wall.

Thus, the lack of planning on all fronts.  No menu plans.  No brunch plans.  No party plans.  Nada.
The only reason we have gone anywhere or done anything interesting at all since the beginning of the year is because it was scheduled pre-2014.  >Sigh...<

But thank goodness for those times or else we would go crazy obsessing over finding a house and all of the life that goes along with it:  membership transfers or resignations, school transfer, getting one house ready to leave and another ready to live in, finding a church, finding the local Azure Standard drop-off and raw milk farmer, etc., etc., etc.

Although our minds are looking to the future, we haven't left yet and at least I need to live in the present - for all our sake.

With that in mind, our menu plan is one step toward normalcy.

Here's what we'll be eating this week:

Sunday - Out with Family
Monday - Steak Salad
Tuesday - Strawberry/Turkey/Mozzarella Panini, Chips, & Salad
Wednesday - Corned Beef & Cabbage
Thursday - Anniversary
Friday - Date Night
Saturday - Colcannon

This is part of MPM.
