Snack Swap #SwapOne


After a work out, a healthy snack is needed and one with protein is best.

That's where Yoplait yogurt comes in.

Diva and I had been hard at work on the treadmill and reclinicle (what we call the reclining cycle) earlier in the evening and were pretty hungry when we returned home.

I gave her a cup of Yoplait tropical flavored yogurt and she must have liked it because even the lid got a lick.


We have made a commitment as a family to our health and that means trading the less-than-stellar snack possibilities for a healthier option - like yogurt.

Consider taking a step in the right direction with your healthy snacks by trading one snack a week for a Yoplait yogurt.
