Menu Plan



This week is going to be hectic with extra lessons, a 1/2 day at school, and family commitments so the menu plan has to be short and sweet.

It's times like these that I am so thankful the freezer is stocked with breakfasts, snacks, & dinners.

We are hosting youth group on Sunday night so we are going with something easy.

Sunday - Giant Muffaletta, Pasta Salad, Green Salad, & Lemon Poppy Seed Bread
Monday - Pasta Bake & Salad
Tuesday - Frittata & Roasted Potatoes
Wednesday - Baked Potatoes & Broccoli
Thursday - Leftovers
Friday - BBQ and all the trimmings  :)
Saturday - Dinner w/Family
