Menu 2013 - Week 5



This past week was the first quiet week of the New Year...and it was bliss.  

Our one project was a Whodunnit Mystery Dinner.  Engineer was the facilitator for the Transylvanian themes table and I was the facilitator for the Chinese themed table.  

Our Sunday School class has put on this fundraiser for the past two years now in order to raise money for our Living Forrest.  We plant redbud trees on our church property in honor or memory of folks.  It beautifies the church grounds and gives people the opportunity to have a publicly visible reminder of a loved one.

This week we will be eating:

Sunday - Leftovers
Monday - Pasta w/Roasted Tomatoes, Tuna & Black Olives
Tuesday - Chicken, Apple, & Caramelized Onion Sandwiches w/Parsnip Fries
Wednesday - Corny Dogs, Fries, & Carrot Sticks
Thursday - Spiced Bulghur Wheat w/Charmoula and Roasted Vegetables
Friday - Date Night
Saturday - Leftovers
