Everyone has to get back into real life this week. >sigh<
We have so enjoyed being totally carefree with no appointments, meetings, work, or school to attend.
This week Engineer is back at work and Diva is back at school and lessons, and I am back to the day-to-day household tasks. We also have Trivial Pursuit night, a Junior Daughters of the King meeting, Girls' Day Out, and a meeting with the director of the 12 Way Rehabilitation Program respectively.
Well we started the emeals program last week and it was okay except in true Moppins fashion I could not leave it alone. It was great to have a guide but I substituted and fiddled until my heart's content.
Since I only used the first three meals from my emeals list, I am using the next four this week. This 3 month trial of emeals may actually last me 6 months at this pace.

Monday - Herb Roasted Salmon w/Vermicelli
Tuesday - Spaghetti Squash Pasta w/Parmesan and Spinach Salad
Wednesday - Mac & Cheese, Cabbage & Sausage
Thursday - Braised Rosemary Lamb Shanks w/Creamy Polenta (it may be rabbit if I can't get lamb)
Friday - Date Night
Saturday - Roasted Turkey w/Potatoes & Carrots
