Menu Plan - Pantry Challenge Week 47

This was the last weekend of doe hunting and we were hopeful, but to no avail.  Good thing I stocked up on the "buy a ham get a turkey free" deal at Brookshire's because it looks like that's how we will be refilling our freezer after nearly a year of eating from the pantry/freezer.

The Little Pink House hosted a very intimate brunch Saturday with only 5 guests.  Sometimes it's really nice to be able to all sit at one table and have one conversation although I do love the sound of a room full of women nattering away.

Our menu:

Pumpkin Spice Coffee
Zevia sodas (we were sampling them)
Lavender Scented Berry Gelatin
Pickled Peach Pulled Pork Sandwich Wedges
Green Salad
Stewed Apples
and

Eggnog Cheesecake w/Sugared Rose Petals

My oven decided to die last week.  Yep, right before brunch and more importantly, right before all of the Thanksgiving cooking.  Which also limits what we'll have for dinner this week.  Stove top and crock pot cooking it is unless I can get someone out to fix our 1960s oven.

Our menu for the week:

Sunday - Leftovers
Monday - Fritatta, Bok Choi, & Mashed Sweet Potatoes w/Pear Butter
Tuesday - Paprikash over Egg Noodles
Wednesday - Pumpkin Risotto & Salad
Thursday - All the Thanksgiving food we can stand
Friday - Date Night
Saturday - Leftovers

This is part of Menu Plan Monday & Menu Monday.

    1. Fritattas are the best for quick meals, light meals, pantry challenges, and meals where you can't use your oven. :) It's an all around winner! Thanks for stopping by Ms. Becca.
