Menu Plan - Pantry Challenge Week 44

We have had a busy and fun weekend.  

Our friends came over for dinner on Friday.  Cricket and her kiddos came over Saturday morning.  Diva's school's big Fall Festival fundraiser was that afternoon.  We all attended a fabulous Halloween party Saturday night.  On top of Sunday School, Church, and a committee meeting, we were also at our church for it's annual fall hayride and hot dog supper.  

I have never eaten so many hot dogs in one weekend.  I'd rather not have anymore for a good long while now.  

This week we will be eating:

Sunday - Hot Dogs, Chips, and Carrots a la Church Hayride

Monday - Venison Back Strap Wrapped in Bacon, Green Bean Casserole, and Salad 

Tuesday - Chicken Pot Pie & Creamed Bok Choy

Wednesday - Red Beans & Rice, Cabbage & Sausage, and Cornbread

Thursday - Venison Stroganoff over Egg Noodles w/Salad

Friday - Date Night

Saturday - Leftovers
