Quaker Soft Baked Oatmeal Cookies

I know that I have told you that I have a problem (if you've been reading Pary Moppins for very long you know that I clearly have many problems) but this particular problem that I am referring to has to do with a certain inner cookie monster issue.

So could you hear me squeal with delight when I opened up the sample box from Influenster and found that there was a cookie inside?

And not just any cookie, a soft baked oatmeal cookie from the oatmeal folks at Quaker.

Here are the stats: 

-Made with Whole Grain Quaker Oats
-Individually packaged
-Provides a good source of fiber
-Contains 6 grams of total fat per serving

Here's the bottom line:  it was really yummy.  When I think of my perfect oatmeal cookie, it is soft and soul-warmingly spicy, this cookie fit the bill.  It was a perfect mid-morning snack with my coffee.
