Menu Plan - Pantry Challenge Week 16

Last week we went to Ft. Worth for Engineer's P.E. Exam.  This was the biggie whereby the State  Engineering Board of Texas decides whether or not to give Engineer a P.E. (Professional Engineer) license...and a stamp.  He is particularly excited about having his very own self-inking stamp of importance.

We went to The Stockyards one night and ate at Riscky's and went to Chuy's for Mexican another night - both were new places to us.  We try to eat somewhere different every time we go to Ft. Worth but we always make it down to the Stockyards for dinner once while we're visiting.

My parents went with us and we even pulled Diva out of school for a couple of days >gasp!<  Since we did that, we had to do something educational to make up for it, so we went to the Museum of Science & Natural History.  It was fantastic and great fun for all of us.  Oh, and educational.  We all learned something new.

This week is insanely busy so if I make it out alive, I will tell you about it next Monday.

I hope you have a wonderful week and I'll see you on the other side.  I hope...  Pray for me...
