Once again, our menu got shuffled slightly. Still eating from the pantry and freezer but had to accommodate a couple of wonderful abnormalities: 1. French cooking class so I came home with Croque Monsieur that we had to eat and 2. Short notice brunch (come back Thursday to see what kind of menu we came up with from the pantry.) So instead of Pasta w/Spinach Sauce, we had Croque Monsieur and we didn't eat the Crab & Spinach Bisque, instead, I served it to my brunch ladies.

Sunday - Beef in Mushroom Sauce over Rice & Steamed Broccoli
Monday - Tuna Noodle Casserole & Braised Radishes
Tuesday - Ham, Dressing, Warm Sweet Potato Salad, Green Bean Casserole, & Cranberry Sauce
Wednesday - Leftovers
Thursday - Beans, Greens, & Cornbread
Friday - Date Night - Steak, Baked Beans, Baked Potatoes, & Salad
Saturday - Soft Tacos, Mexican Rice, & Refried Beans
