When I think of Thanksgiving desserts, I think of pies. Lots and lots of pies.  I love my Momma's pear pie.  It's wonderful straight from the oven but I even like it the next day after the crust has soaked up the syrupy pear juice.  The latticed crust on top is the very best bit.  I hope you are inspired.
