Menu Plan Monday

This weekend (starting Thursday evening):
Engineer, Diva, and I went to a lovely intimate wedding
Engineer and I hung out with our cousins down the street
Engineer, Diva, and I saw the stage production of Beauty and the Beast
Engineer worked on his deer lease a little more
Diva spent the night with Grandparents
Diva attended a Junior Daughter's of the King meeting
Engineer and I helped with our church's committee fair
We all went to an open house
We grocery shopped
We returned stuff to Wal-Mart and while there, I evangelized to folks in the yarn section about our church' s knitting group  
All in all, it was a fairly busy weekend but still fun.

Here is our menu for the week:

Monday - Pizza Bread & Salad
Tuesday - Sausage & Peppers over Rice
Wednesday - BBQ Sandwiches, Twice Baked Potatoes, & Carrots
Thursday - Jambalaya (we didn't get to this last week)
Friday - Date Night
