Menu Plan Monday

Diva's "Drive-In Movie" b-day party went off without a hitch.  Now we have to start thinking about what we want to do for next year...  Someone asked me the other day, "If these parties get bigger and more elaborate every year, what will her Sweet 16 be like?!  Or her wedding?!"  I have no idea.  All I know that as long as Diva wants to have a fun and creative party and more importantly, wants Engineer and me involved, then I will do everything in my power to make that a reality.  Even if I am mentally and physically exhausted for days afterwards.

Diva and I went to see "Stomp!" yesterday in Dallas with the Boys & Girls Club.  It was a fun day out and the first time that many of the other children had ever been to Dallas or had seen a show so it was extra special.

Last week Diva started summer piano lessons and swimming lessons, this week we will be adding the first of many VBSs so we need to keep suppers fairly simple.

Monday - Stuffed Zucchini, Sauteed Kohlrabi, and Cucumber Salad (Variations on a Theme of Green)
Tuesday - Tin Foil Dinners
Wednesday - Breakfast for Supper
Thursday - Stir Fry over Rice
Friday - Date Night
Saturday - Neighborhood Dinner (we had to switch days for the summer)

This is part of Organizing Junkies Menu Plan Monday

  1. I'm curious... what goes unto your tinfoil dinner?

  2. Howdy Ms. Nickeletta! I put a patty of ground beef, potatoes, carrots, celery, and onions in my tin foil dinners then I sprinkle over a little Lawry's seasoning salt. They are so simple and tasty. Thanks for stopping by and let me know how you like them if you try them out!
