Menu Plan Monday

Okay, so you know how people always talk about the virtues of freezer cooking.  Let me just say that this week proves all of those people right.  We are on the downhill slide here folks with the recitals and extra practices and school programs and on top of all that, we have our sweet visitor from J.O.E. this week.  She wanted to see real American life, well honey, ask and you shall receive.

Monday - Spinach Quiche (from the freezer), Salad, & Roasted Sweet Potatoes
Tuesday - Neighborhood Dinner - Salisbury Steaks, Mashed Potatoes, & Green Bean Casserole
Wednesday - Whataburger (another Texan burger institution)
Thursday - Turkey Primavera (from the freezer), Noodles, & Braised Radishes
Friday - Roasted Turkey Breast, Twice Baked Potatoes (from the freezer), & Ratatouille (from the freezer)

This is part of Organizing Junkie's Menu Plan Monday.

  1. I am curious about your neighborhood dinner. At first I thought it was a neighborhood get together, but you've mentioned it several times. Do you get together with one particular family to share a meal each week?

  2. We get together with a couple of families in the neighborhood every week. We take turns hosting. I would definitely recommend it. :)
