Menu Plan Monday
This weekend we met up with Supper Club #2 and had a Grady Spears inspired menu. Four out of the five wives at SC2 attended Grady's cooking demonstration and tasting at the Blue Frog Grill a couple of months ago. We thoroughly enjoyed the evening and are looking forward to the next time we all get together.

Monday - Black Bean Enchiladas, Pico de Gallo, & Mexican Rice
Tuesday - Vodka Cream Pasta & Broccoli w/Garlic & Asiago
Wednesday - Onion Soup & Salad
Thursday - Risotto & Wilted Spinach
Friday - Date Night
