August Spending
My August spending...um...well...it was over budget. I know. I know, that is not good. Two months in a row now.
I am hopeful about the rest of the year coming in under budget. So here are the facts:
Total Retail: $1,867.95
Total OOP: $428.91
Savings 87%
We have joined a local CSA and will start getting vegetables from them instead of the grocery store starting this month. That comes out of my grocery budget so I will have less to play with in the months to come.
We are also considering building a chicken coop and I am pretty sure that the birds' maintenance will also come out of my budget since the dogs' bits and pieces do. Then all I will need is a cow and we'll be set... :)
