July Finals...

July marks the beginning of the second half of the year.  We are careening toward Christmas yet I feel very confident that between all of the preserving and deals, I have Christmas covered from Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes upwards.  I do have confess that I went over budget but I was given grace as it was my birth month and we spent the weekend away.  In fact, had we not gone to Whole Foods while in Dallas, I would have been under budget.  But who can resist going to Whole Foods?!
Total Shelf Cost:  $1689.33
Total OOP:  $482.78
Savings 72%
Started the month of August with $3.50 RR, $15 Kroger catalinas, & $15.99 ECBs

  1. Buying for OCC shoeboxes was fun this month. I've about got my boxes full too. Yay!

  2. I LOVE back to school deals for the shoe box appeal. You can put very fun and useful items in a box that literally cost you nothing. It is an AWESOME phenomenon.
