I decided to experiment a little with some ingredients I had on hand:
I cooked the crust on a pizza stone until it looked pretty crispy about 6 minutes.
Slathered it with fig preserves.
Placed the ham and the sliced cheese over the figgy base.
Baked it for about another 6 minutes until cheese was a bit bubbly.
Sprinkled rocket over pizza and then drizzled some EVOO over the top to finish.
I think Sandra Lee would be proud...
