Lemonade Pie

This week everything is on sale to make a Lemonade Pie - even the garnish.  What a great easy and frugal dessert for company this Easter weekend.

Lemonade Pie

1/2 tub of Crystal Light lemonade (or pink lemonade is you want to be festive) undiluted
1 8oz. block of cream cheese
1/2 tub of Cool Whip
1 prepared Graham Cracker Crust
Strawberries (optional)

Beat cream cheese & lemonade powder until smooth.  Beat in Cool Whip.  Pour into crust and refrigerate until ready to eat.  If you want to get a little fancier, you could place sliced strawberries in the bottom of the crust and garnish with strawberry fans on top.
