What's Cooking?


Well, I forgot to take a picture of the beautiful stack of biscuits or jar of lavender scented peach preserves before we left the house this morning.  That's what Diva's teachers are having for breakfast.

I do however have pictures of what EM & I had to make for Supper Club last Saturday.  We had already rescheduled our Greek-themed SC once due to conflicts so our hostess was bound and determined to have it this time (even though again, most couples had conflicts.)

We had a lovely evening with just 6 of us and may have picked up another couple for our club.  My recipe was for baklava.  It's not a difficult dessert to make but it is VERY fiddly.  This is one of EM's favorite all time desserts. 

This weekend I am hosting a brunch for some of my girlfriends and will have pictures and maybe recipes up later.
