Menu Plan 3/29

This week we have a couple of extra goings on like an art museum reception and Engineer's Grandma having surgery so I think our menu this week will have to be flexible reflecting our need to be flexible.

Thanks to Once a Month Mom's Freezer Inventory List, I have a very clear idea of what I have lurking in the depths of the freezer to be used.

Monday - Pesto Pasta w/Artichokes& Salad
Tuesday - Pumpkin Soup & Whole Wheat Bread
Wednesday - Asian Salmon, Jasmin Rice, & Steamed Veggies
Thursday - Homemade Ham, Mozzarella, Rocket, and Fig Pizza with Salad
Friday - Biscuits & Gravy, Eggs, & Fruit Salad
