What's Cooking?

In order to bring good will to the teachers at Diva's school (as well as taking care of some of our required Family Credits) I have been taking in breakfast on Fridays.  Some have been rousing successes and others, well, not so much.  Today, there hasn't been any feedback yet but this is what was made this morning and brought in hot.


It is a mishmash of recipes but basically an applesauce-esque type cake with cinnamon white chocolate drizzle. 


Yummmmmm...look at that pool of gooey deliciousness in the middle.

Update:  Apparently it was a bit soft on top (as evidenced by the dunlop in the photo) but very tasty.
